Bizarre Bazaar – Artisan Market

This weekend The Whistler Arts Council brought together over 100 artisans in the Whistler Conference Centre for the Annual Bizarre Bazaar Event, Whistlers’ original artisan market. The market was a great place to do some Christmas shopping and support the local artists. The event had a great turnout over the 2 days.

The event hosted local Whistler and Vancouver artisans displaying gifts from Fine art, Photography, Jewelry, Food Samples, Furniture and Health Products.  There seemed to be a lot more variation in products to previous years, along with the regular artisans that you can see on Sundays at the Whistler Farmers Market.  I stocked up on a couple of gifts including a bracelet from Justine Brooks Design and some wire art figures from Wired by Morris.
